Shipping and delivery:
I try my best to pack in-stock and ready-to-ship items in 1-3 business days, but please allow up to 5 days. Everything is shipped via USPS, and rates are calculated automatically during checkout based on product weights and package dimensions. I am happy to offer free domestic shipping within the US on all orders over $150.
Custom orders, preorders, or made-to-order items typically have a lead time of 4-6 weeks. Please refer to the individual product descriptions for information on specific lead times, or contact me for more info.
Shipping responsibilities:
Please take care to provide a secure and correct delivery address so you can get your goodies safely! Typos happen, so please let me know right away if you need to change or make a correction to your shipping address! I cannot be responsible for any costs if a package is stolen, lost, refused, or if an incorrect shipping address was provided. Should any of this happen, I will try to help file a claim with USPS.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping damage:
I take care to package my items carefully and safely, but occasionally mishaps do occur. Please inspect your items as soon as you receive them so you can detect damage right away and I can help you as quickly as possible. I regret that any claims made 14 days after the delivery date cannot be accepted. I cannot be responsible for damage that occurs due to mishandling during the shipping process. Please send me photos of your damaged items, as well as the condition of the packaging, so I can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please do not throw away the packing materials. Contact me (lelu.laurenhuie@gmail.com) to report the damage and I will do my best to assist you.
International orders:
I am now shipping to internationally! Please be aware that duties, customs fees and other taxes may be applied once the package goes through customs - I cannot be responsible for these fees. I cannot be responsible for deliveries that are delayed, damaged, or destroyed by customs officials. Should something happen I will try to help file a claim.
Free in-studio pickup:
Choose the Pick Up delivery method when you check out. I am in my studio every Wednesday and Thursday. When you order is ready for pickup you will receive an email with instructions to schedule your pickup time.
Returns & exchanges:
Of course I hope you'll be happy with your purchases, but things happen and sometimes you need to send something back.
For a refund, please contact me (lelu.laurenhuie@gmail.com) within 14 days of receiving your items. Return authorization expire 7 days after they are issued so please take care to return your items promptly.

For store credit or exchange, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your items. Exchange authorizations expire 7 days after they are issued so please take care to ship your items promptly.
Return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. I am happy to generate a shipping label for you, however, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund amount. I cannot be responsible if your return package is lost or damaged during transit. I recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method to get your purchase safely returned. Should something happen I can try to help file a claim.
Once returns/exchanges are received, I will inspect them carefully. All returned merchandise must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Refunds or credit will be issued within 2-4 business days.
Defective items:
Handbuilt ceramics, and any handmade art, will yield some inconsistencies and variations from piece to piece. Ceramics, in particular, can be an especially humbling material, and while I try my best to inspect each item, occasionally flaws do occur. Please inspect your items as soon as you receive them so you can detect damage right away and I can help you as quickly as possible. If your product contains a flaw, please contact me (lelu.laurenhuie@gmail.com) within 14 days of the date the item was received. I will happily arrange an exchange or refund and will ship replacement items to you free of charge if the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock I am happy to make a replacement. Defective products must be returned within 7 days of receiving a return shipping label from me. We regret that any claims made 14 days after the delivery date cannot be accepted.
No Sales Tax
For realsies! Because I am a sole proprietor operating only in Oregon I am not required to collect sales tax. So enjoy your tax free shopping! I encourage you to check your state's tax regulations for reporting purchases on your individual tax return.
